I want to know if there is any after mkt. chip for the turbo 660.Or any other performance sugestions,such as how to give the turbo more boost.In other words a little more power without hurting reliablility.

I know that they begin to blow head gasket when boost pressure is near 38psi...So I would just boost it a little more. around 25-30psi to keep it safe. How I dont know but from what I know Controlling the wastegate opening is the key to more boost pressure.

I was told some time back that D&D was working on some serious mod stuff for your sled but was recently told by someone else they've shelved the project.
Perhaps you might wanna contact them for a direct answer. Billy Howard over on Amsnow might be a guy you'd wanna contact as well........seems to really have a handle on making em rock n roll.

I've too heard a while ago about D&D working on a performance chip for the Turbo 4-stroke but nothing has became of it so they must of dropped it. That sucks. I thought I remeber about a member here doing some tweaking to the T660 earlier this winter.

If you want more boost pressure install a boost controller.Turboxcess makes a nice one,and they are an easy install.I HIGHLY recomend putting a boost gauge on at the same time so you can make sure NOT to over boost/spool the turbo. :thumbsup:

theres a member that was increaing his boost without any mods but would not reveal how because he didnt want member to blow sleds and be mad at him. my sled is fast enough so I cant say i want more..... if you want a faster t660 then ridr a 370 fan cooled for a couple of months and after that your t660 will seem like a rocket hahaha.
