Does anyone know what Fox/Act rebuildable shocks can be used to replace the front ski shocks (stock RydeFx) on a 98 ZL 500?

I'm pretty sure all the similar year ZR shocks / springs will bolt right on but to confirm all you need to do is measure the extended length between the upper and lower mounting holes of the shocks and find a set the same.

I think the problem with similar year ZR's is that they only have 41" ski stance. In 2000 the ZR's went to 43" but I know the ZL and ZR front a-arms are a slightly different design. I guess I'll have to pull one off and take a measurement. I made the mistake of letting my wife ride my ZR with 4 fresh shocks - If I want my sleds back I'll have to get her some new ski shocks. I gave her a ZR skid with fresh shocks so she really shouldn't be conplaining. She could be riding on blown rear shocks too! :-)
