? anyone know if a tunnel off a 02 cross country will fit up to a 00 zr bulkhead/front frame

Yep it will work. *I just put a 02cce bulkhead on my 00 zr tunnel. *I wish I would have got the tunnel with it. *I really like the wider running boards. *Check out my link I have some pics of the project and more coming.
