Herd that the firecats are going to be 10 to 20lbs heavier at a race meeting because of chasis reinforcments. Also Cats might not get the F5s out in time for haydays but im shure they will they need the publicity.

By the way Ive posted topics before just that I changed my name because I didn't like old one.

I have also heard the same "rumor", although I have no way to verify it......the weight that is.

It is getting added cooling, tunnel reinforcements, change in brake location, and more wheels in back.

even at 10 to 20lbs more it will still be a great sled, still puts it in the 445-465 range which is still impressive

That's fine! Seems like a small price to pay for a more robust machine. *Fortunately our buddies at AC busted @$$ designing a light nimble chassis, I doubt we will "feel" the added weight. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif

I guess I will just have to work out a little harder, to lose the extra 10-20 pounds so it will all even out this winter http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif
