Well I did this project last fall and finally got a camera to take some pictures. I made the tunnel extension myself and I also widened out the running boards at the same time. I used .090" for my sheeting and a 1" pipe for the outsides of the running boards so I could put on the grip plates for a F-series. I made the rack in the back also out of 1" far my bag ( didn't have the bag with for the pictures). I used an LED light that is for a semi-trailer for the tail and brake light. THe only thing that sucks is all the paint is wearing off the running boards.

Looks like you got some talent. Put it to good use and make some money. (if your not already) Nice work.

The sled and the pics look good! Also, I might be wrong, but if you save your digi pics as a jpeg, you will be able to post bigger pictures that take up less space. I think yours are gif files. I could be wrong though.

Great job. As for the paint, if you tear it down again, have it powdercoated.

I have to agree with everyone else. Looks great! Have you been able to ride it much since it's been done? Did it make a big difference?
