My wifes sister tried starting my sled and she ripped the rope right off the pully. I have a 1992 Indy 650 piped, is this easy to fix. The pipes look like their in the way, do I need to move them. any help is appreciated

Yes the pipi needs to come off. easier to work with. not a big job as long as you can rewind the spring.
