Well, my trip this week got cancelled or atleast I'm the only one who can still go. One guy torn his ACL and has to go to Toronto for MRI. Another has legal issues with his business partner and has to meet lawyers all week and the last guy was borrowing a sled from the second. I calling 3 guys and no one can go.

SO.... I appeal to the sledders on this forum. If you are going riding for one or two days this weekin Ontario and dont mind another rider coming along let me know. I'm loaded on the trailer and ready to go. I'll go anywhere. Dont have to be home till Saturday.

Anyone? I'll buy the first round.

I may be riding over towards haliburton with some friends this weekend, or just stick by myself and ride out of bracebridge depending on conditions. They got lots of ice there yesterday, and supposed to get some snow this week.

Any events going on this weekend? I'd like to hit dorset up as well....

I don't think that it is that everyone views , but don't post. It I think is that not to many people are sledding mid week except when they get off work in the evening. I am sure if you think about it ,that means 42 people probably would gladly include TrailorParkBoy over the weekend, but realized he's out mid week.

I've managed to find 2 friends to ride next week but I was really hoping to get on the trails before the weekend. With nothing better to do today I went to Royal Distributing and bought 144 studs. Going to do some work on the sled just to stay busy.

I'd rather be riding.

you might be in luck. we can hope that we'll get enough to ride around here but most likely we wont. heavy snowfall warning for our area....

Myself, Jawz and his bro in law are hoping tp do a loop Fri. around 9am starting at Little Kennisis Lk. to Barry's Bay down to Eagle Lk. and back. Or reverse that. If interested PM me.

Yeh, it's a nice loop about 210 miles total, handfull of lakes that Buddy of jaws always takes it easy on, about 40 miles of railway line along side a river, nice scene if you happen to get stuck behind some guys towing a dead sled and crawling down the trail and not letting you pass for bout 10 miles. :cussing: Nice wide open trail for 7-8 miles where you can really boogie near Whitney, by that I mean you can go the speed limit, :D right!! No yeah, It'll be nice not being the fastest for a change. :lol:
