I have dropped a 900 Tcat engine into my 800 ZRT chassis....problem is I don't know the jetting specs. The information can be found on the belt guard inside the engine compartment. There is different jet sizes for specific temp ranges. Could someone have a look and post them or send me an email. I would really be grateful.

just call your local arctic cat dealer and ask them for general engine jetting specs for that engine.. I am sure they'd be happy to help

I am running 410's in mine. 440's were stock for that motor and that was way too rich. I ran both 410's and 400's and the 400's were pushing it. Try 410's and check your plugs. I have an egt to check mine but I still checked the plugs after I had rode it. Mine is a 900 that I dropped into a zrt 800 chasis also. If you have any other problems,,, let me know.

tried the dealer...but they would only give me the stock jetting... i was hoping someone would have a lok on the belt guard for me.
