I have a 940c & have a couple of problems
Is there a way to tell (besides poor picture quality) when your ink is running low? There doesn't appear to be a warning. My old Epson would alert me on the screen when ink was getting low.
Also, at times, the printer will drag more than one sheet of paper in at a time. Is it the printer or the paper causing this?
Hope someone can help me out.

Oh don't get me started on these HP printers. They are the best but they can have minor things cause large pains. *The picture quaility is the only way tp know about the ink. Office depot sells remanufacture HP cartridges for like $9 less thasn a new HP. *And the paper shgouldn't grab two sheets if it's put in right. I use mine 693c all day and I'm always rushing and put the paper in a lil off and it'll grab two. Also fan the paper before puting it in so it doesn't stick. I can't even get mine to print color. HP spent an hour on it and gave me special drivers and it still wouldn't print. Luckily I really never need color for work.

I have a HP 932C. It works great and good pic quality. Try going into programs and click on the HP deskjet program. It should give you an "estimate" on how much ink is left. Also try excersizing the jets by doing the jet cleaning. If you don't print much the jets can somewhat dry up and get gunky at the tips, clean them of with a swab w/rubbing alcohol. Hope this helps rev. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Thanks guys http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/exclamation.gif I went into the toolbox & there are 2 diagrams showing how much ink is in both cartridges.
It's too bad it doesn't pop up automatically when one of them gets low. http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif
Now if I can just stop the paper from sticking together http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/withstupid.gif

About 6months ago my boss bought a HP v40 scanner/printer/copier, well he used it a month and bought a laser printer. *I took it from him for $100 and took it home. *I am glad I never gave him his $100, everytime you scan you get a line through the pic.
