I was just wondering what you guys who bought the 05 Mach's think of the continued model for 06 and them putting the 1000 SDI in the Gade. I would personally be a little ticked If I bought the cream of the crop and only so many made and they were specail oarder and all that good stuff now there in mass production just wondering what your input is on all this??

I'm not sure how many people will be ticked off because they bought a Mach last year. I'm sure not many of them were purchased simply because of the limited build. I mean you had to believe that Bombardier would mass produce the thing. As for putting the 1000 in the GADE...really the sleds are two different animals so will it really matter? It's not as if Bombardier is doing what Cat did when they came out with the F7 and it was beating up on their larger cc sleds. If I had bought a Mach and an MXZ 800 blew by me on the lake I'd be upset, but the limited build factor wouldn't bother me one bit.

Yes the 1000 in the Gade is new for 06, but in 05 they put the 1000 in the Summit also besides the 05 Mach. I dont see the problem

Just the evolution of the sled line, that's all. It's inevitable no matter who the manufacturer is.

I wish we had an option of getting the better shocks at a reduced price to put on our 05's seeing as we did the r&d on this sled. the way I see it I had 1 more yr to tinker and fine tune. and in truee doo fasion the first yr engine has always been the quickest and fastest. remember when the 800 twin first came out. none have been as good since

I don't remember the '01 MXZ being that quick. In fact, if I remember right, there were a lot of disappointed owners.... Am I thinking of a different sled????

the 01 800's were the tightest motors of the bunch. they were somewhat limited to get though.

I know a guy with a 01 800 and when you hit that thing WFO your arms better not be sore...pull like crazy and goood top speed..thing flew. then he sold it with like 4000kms on it for 5000$ to my friend and on the first day he rolled it and screwed the windsheild stuck his knee through the plastic by the D handle for the starter.

I have a riding buddy who had an '01 MXZ800, yeah it was strong, no doubt. I know it frequently got beaten by SRX's... haha :p
I just seem to remember a lot of people disappointed with the 800 twins when they first hit the scene... I could be wrong. Probably most 800 twin buyers a few years ago were 800 triple buyers back in the day, and they were still expecting 120 out of the crate..... End of rant.
