Had my Mathews sq2 for a little over a year, but if I was doing it again I probably would get the Bowtech. They are putting out some fantastic bows.

I haven't had much time to hunt in the last couple of years, but normally I bow hunt about 60 days a year. I'm still using my PSE Thunderflight Express. It's a little heavy, but it's earned my trust and has always been true. I don't see any reason to spend on a new one. I usually gun hunt about 20 days a year. Almost exclusively handgunning/open sights.

Used to bow hunt a lot a few years back, but haven't had much time to do it lately.
Still make the time for a few duck hunts and a week for deer (gun) season in the fall.

I wish we could hunt with Handguns in Canada, but they are strictly for the gun range (but I have a good time there)

I used to bow hunt until I tore a ligament in my arm, and it won't heal. *I may have to put electric start and reverse on my sled if I can't hang.

As long as you eat it, it don't matter how you killed it.

I have taken a few with vehicles in the past, some by intention and others by accident. If I am ever sitting around with any of you having a beer you may want to ask me how I smashed my Dad's car and my Mom's car in the same night with the same deer. That may also be a good time to ask how I managed to run over myself with a car I was driving.

So did you repond to your own emergency call?

I was a lot younger then and pretty fluid that night so I managed to not get hurt. I guess I should have mentioned I got up and took off running after the car. I was one step behind it, running as fast as I could, when my buddy leaned over and locked the brakes up. Ran right into it.
