We have just confirmed the date of April 9th and 10th as being a MASTERS Circuit Sanctioned Up Hill Drag and HilKross race at Indianhead Mountain, Wakefield, Michigan.
Pre-Registration will begin on Monday, March21st. You will be able to register at www.wupy101.com I don't know if the www.mastersracing.net will be up and running by then. You can always check, otherwise go through the Y-101 web-site. You will also be able to send back the attached Registration form via Fax at 906-884-9668.
Those that raced at the Sno Go Bye Festival Races and signed up for the single event membership, can pay just the $20.00 more for the seasonal membership. Others will have to pay the $30.00 MASTERS Membership.
We are going to go from a maximum of 15 drivers to a maximum of 18 drivers in the classes.
We will also have 120 cc racing in HilKross, not in Drag.
Last minute registration for classes that are not full will take place at Indianhead Mtn on Friday Night, April 8th, from 7 to 9 Central Time. Mandatory Drag Racers meeting will be Saturday Morning, April 9th at 9:00 am. Racing to begin at 10:00 am. We're going to run the Drag races till 1:00. At 1:15 pm we're going to have the HilKross Drivers Meeting, and run HilKross from 1:30 to 4:30. Completion of the Drags will start on Sunday Morning at 10:00 until they are finished, then we will finish off with the HilKross on Sunday. The Cash Purse payout and awards will be one hour after the completion of the HilKross races at Indianhead.
All drivers and pit people will have to pay $10.00 to Indianhead.
Due to no comittment from Ski-Brule, we will also hand out the Iron Man and Spirit Awards at the Awards Banquet at Indianhead.
It is EXTREMELY important that you call Indianhead Mountain Resort at 1-800-3INDIAN amd book your rooms. With Indianhead supporting this event and the MASTERS, I'm asking that you stay at Indianhead, you eat at Indianhead, and we PARTY together on Saturday Night at Indianhead.
I want to thank Deb and Brett at Indianhead Mountain Ski Resort for giving the MASTERS the chance to have fun on all the GREAT Snow they have now and will have on April 9th and 10th.
