Nope! No way am I ready to give up.
They're still riding 30 miles north of here.
Still calling for snow in the forecasts.
And I;m still doing the snowdance every night.
That's me in the black helmet and my son in the silver one.
I would say by the smile on his face, that he feels the same way.

[attachmentid=20007]I know the seasons is over, back home anyway.
How do I know? Because I just bought a new (to me)sled and we have no trails to ride on!!
So, what do you do when you can't ride any more?

You go to Mexico, of course.

It's been a great year. Sorry to see it end but hey, it's cruisin season.

Here is few pictures from 2 weeks back, one up near Timmins and one from near Matachewan. Also one skating on the outdoor rink with my 2 youngest kids, 8 and 10 and my wife of 20 years.

Thanks, we did take quite a few laps around the yard. He's only 3, and keeps pushing my hands off of the handlebars saying it's his turn!! The boy has absolutely no fear (as you can probably tell by his missing front tooth). When he learns a little more coordination, and builds up his neck strength (when he wears his helmet, he looks like a bobble-head doll) hopefully by next winter we'll be in the market for a kittykat.

I have a 9' browning that I use for steelhead fishing. I usually use a 4.5' ultralight spinning rod for trout in the spring. Good brush rod, plus 12-14" fish feel like steelhead on the other end. I don't do enough fishing.

2 weeks of more riding? I think California has everyone beat. this picture was taken Sunday Im on 2 feet of fresh powder, poured rain today which means more new stuff, and National Weather Service says there should be 5 feet on top of the 2 feet, which is on top of the 12, so we should be riding Till May, come on out!!! But I did post a pic of myself, sorta.

Hey Beaxch,

Does you wife know that's the pic you posted on here  ???

Mine would kill me if I'd post that, let alone let me take a picture of her topless...OK maybee... :hallo1:

Anyhow, it is a nice pic, you've got a good lookin' wife

Later,

Steph

Heh! You don't know how long I searched the hard drive for a picture that complies with SW's "family friendly" rules. Most of her pictures are topless :) I mean why waste percious hard-drive space with useless non-nude filler? Those action shots of boarding and sledding are way harder to get, and I have to stop riding to take them. Yeah she knows I posted it, her only regret is it couldn't be more revealing. I mean sure, you know she's topless, but since you can't see anything it's kinda like how we're all nude under our clothes. She's fantastic, her only problem with nudity is she gets cold. Hey nobody's perfect. I just keep the thermostat pegged at 80 all winter...

I guess it's time for me to update my pic then.
Here's me getting mine.
Still waiting on my coat from Choko.
When I got my coat, half the dome snaps broke right away.
So Choko said to send it back and they would replace them all.
They had used the wrong ones as there wasn't enough metal to grip.

I've noticed a pattern emerging between snowmobilers and bikers. We be both! I don't have any pics of myself to speak of... though I'm not fond of posting pics of myself on the net anyway.

Nice bikes ppl :) Perhaps this forum will expand? lol. :)
