Here's a pic of my speedo. Notice how far the anolog is off from the digital. Not sure why this happens but it does. Anyone else have this problem. Gonna get a new speedo in the off season i guess. Camera does a good job at high speeds. For the record the GPS unit showed 101.8 mph

Guess the digital didn't show up that good. I'll see if I can find a better one. I took a bunch.

Here's a clearer one. Not going as fast though but still off.

funny you post that i looked at mine a while back for whatever reason i don't know. the two read the same.

I compared mine about mid winter. They were both the same until I hit 100 MPH. Then the needle shot up to about 114MPH and the digital stayed the same. Maybe it's intentional? Maybe something to do with the pick-up rather than the speedo itself. Have you talked to the dealer about it? I'm curious if any others have noticed this.

I spoke to the dealer about it. While he didn't know why he offered me a new speedo even though mines off warrenty.
I have noticed it do this at lower speeds as well. I had reading s of 50mph on the digital while the analog shows 70 mph and the gps shows I am doing 40 mph. Oddly enough my odometer seems to be reading correct even though the speedo is out. Don't have a clue. Wife says i need a smack up side the head for taken pic's of my speedo at 100 mph though.

Sons was way out, almost 30kph at high speeds. Dealer gave him a new speedo and fixed it up. And your wife is right.

I tried to take a video clip on my sled across a smooth lake a couple weeks back, came out like crap. Don't know how Rob got that clarity, must be more cordinated then I.

Good camera and a smooth ditch. Ran the ditch along a major highway when i was doing it. The ditch was kinda rough but just held the camera on the crossbar pad and wailed on it and kiept pushing the camera button. Took about 10 pic's in total but only about 3 or 4 turned out.

Sorry Paul the only time the track is suspended on my sled is when the sled is about 10 feet in the air off a driveway approach.

If you have a look at the digital portion you will see the"Mi" on the right top for miles. For some reason I can't stand to have my sleds speedo's reading kph.

Just think what it would do without crappy rings.

strange, I checked mine numerous times over the winter and they both were almost identical at all speeds.
