Reasons why winter is better than summer

#1- No bugs

#2-Satellite and radio reception is better

#3-Beer stays cold without putting it in the fridge

Of course, #1 has to be SNOWMOBILING, but I can add :
*No heat
*No humidity
*No sweating (just when I ride) *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
*No mowing the lawn

sledding of course !
#2. you can't do outdoor work.
#3. a warm fireplace.
#4. it is much quieter.
#5. on a sled you see more of mother nature.
#6. a meal tastes much better in winter.

Days are short

nights are long and crisp

Less people outside to get in my way!

#7 is no tourist I get my town back ye ha.#8 kid`s are in school

get to use my sick days(cough cough)and more action on the forums

#9 all the bears are sleeping
#10 Keeps all the terrorists indoors
#11 SW world gets busier
#12 Team Renegade comes out of hibernation
#13 Get to smell burning amsoil more often

No ants!!! (they're trying to take over the dog food right now)

No running the A/C in the house or everywhere I go...

No muggy nasty heat that makes you sweat before you get the door shut when you go outside.

Where I live, I can actually work on outside projects.

And of course, I can go SNOWMOBILING when I take a trip up north!!!! *

-the smell of 2 stroke fumes fill the air
-the itch under that right thumb goes away

-hot chocolate
-sno-x races
-summer is gone

- Ice fishing aka Ice drinking
- Get to use the Fireplace (I love burning sh!t)
- Coyote Hunting
- Winter Camping, nothing better than a big fire in the middle of the woods on a star filled night with the wife and a couple of sleds nearby.

if it gets over 40,it's to dang hot!!

- I don't have to mowe the lawn
- I hear sleds everywhere around me
- I can actually see where my cats are because they're the only thing outside that's not white

Have you ever tried to lay outside in the hot tub, *in the summer?

Here is the deal:

Laying in the hot tub after a hard day of Snowmobiling, *with the hot tub in view of the snowmobile trail, *Raising your glass to toast other snowmobilers as they drive by! * Now that is the end to a perfect day, *in the middle of the winter!

You sleep better in the winter !

I have to agree with zmachman on that one, that hot tub senario sounds mint. I have a 5 man hot tub of been meaning to hook up outside, i would like to heat it with an outdoor wood furnace though.

As for the fresh snow usually i feed it too other people via the gade.
