Just wondering how many of you jack up the front of the sled to take pressure off the front during summer storage?

NEVER
Cant see where it would hurt anything, but to do it right, you *would have to take ALL weight off, but then you got all the pressure on the bumpers.
Look at your vehicle, it spends it's whole life with it's weight plus whatever cargo you carry. Is rare you might have to replace a spring.

Mines been up on a hoist with the suspension out for a complete rebuild all summer. *But normally, no.

Used to raise them, but realised it doesn't make a difference, like Mikadoo says, so not any more. *The only time I raise the rear of the sled is when I get back to the cabin for the night, so the track is less frozen to the ground the next morning. *I've actually heard/read somewhere that w/todays tracks, it's not wise to loosen the track for storage. * http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif
