: Okay, I Admit It...
smokelessone 07-22-2005, 02:39 PM Now I like ridin my bikes, but lately....quietly, I have been.....ah....reading some of the late spring chit chat about snowmobiling. Looking at pictures of snow....checkin the weather reports.
Man, I need snow. I am about full to the brim with this daggone hot humid weather...where are all those doofises that were complaining about winter???? NOOOOOO they are no where to be found now.....
Started my machine the other night, and ran it for 1/2 hour. Just to hear it run...who cares if it was 95 degrees.
I have resorted to buying popcycles and sucking on them to cool my brain. If I clossssse my eyes and pretend just a bit, it is as if I have grabbed an ice cicle off the roof and am just letting my machine warm up for the run of the day.
Where the heck did I put that helmit? Who moved my snomo boots???
Oh man.....I got it bad!!!
akrievins 07-22-2005, 03:05 PM I hear ya man!
I see my sled everytime I go into the garage... I just wanna start it up right then and there.
I even have a pic. of my sled on my cell phone. Every time I open it up, there's the sled.
Even this site brings back sledding memories. I hit this site up for a few minutes every day at work.
Bring on the Snow.

snow4mydooplz 07-22-2005, 07:06 PM alright now close your eyes.. imagine 1 foot of fresh powder on a great base and you have this wide open field all to yourself just waiting for you to countersteer your sled and slice a path right across it. talk about swooooooooooooooooosh ! That snow is just making a a wave with every turn you make.... OMG :bash: someone just slap me into reality.. I never lost the need to ride .... I just need it more and more with every day of this summer...
flash 700 07-22-2005, 09:14 PM I think I'm on this site the most. It's nice to see I'm not alone.
flyin-lowe 07-22-2005, 11:45 PM I know its been brought up in other posts but it makes it (summer) even worse when you have a new sled sitting in the garage and its 100 degrees in there. I guess I can just say it will be here before we know it. (at least thats what I tell myself)
FreezerBurnt 07-23-2005, 12:37 AM I got a new wallpaper
thanx snow4mydooplz :)
spikegary 07-23-2005, 07:46 AM Hoping as hot as Lake Erie is getting this summer, it will take a long time to freeze, getting the Lake Effect Generator up and running early and long!

I volunteer to be your prisoner; take me to your leader :p
You are in reality it is the rest of the world thats OUT :lmao:
This afternoon I am going to start up the sleds and get some blood in my 2 cycle oil stream :p
I just can't stand the agony of waiting to ride. Thats why I wont pick up my new sled before November.
Now all the new snowmobile magazines and accessory catalogs are hitting the mail box.
"I've had all I can stands and I can't stands no more"
Thats why I am the chairman of snowmobilers anonymous. I should call my sponsor I'm feeling very vulnerable :whistling:

Its a daily reminder that though it seems like winter is a long time from now, it will be here quicker than I realize.
It doesnt get much better than that: my 2 favorite things in the world (my sled and my dog) playing in the snow!

see if you can't swallow about 3 of those popcicles and get one of those ice cold headaches
Droptop 07-25-2005, 10:03 AM I was really excited about summer a few months ago, now I'm back to winter.
I'm sick of the heat, the humidity, broken A/Cs, sunburns.
