actually it is very easy all you need is a 1/4" or 1/2" preferably (it'll be easier to apply torque to remove) socket wrench a 10MM socket and a 14mm i think 14mm might be wrong, and a 4" or 6" extension mine came apart really easily for a 29yr old sled
if you loosen the track or have small hands remove the 4 10mm bolts on each side of the pivot arm remove the 2 larger bolts on the front of the tunnel near the foot area and remove the upper wheels in the middle and one side of the rod with the strap looking thingy or both to make it easy and pull out the cotter pin holding the shock on and remove the shock.
it should come out if not get a hammer and hit down on the front bar that was bolted into the tunnel area and pull it out through the side
heres a pic with some advice hopefully it is legible and not confusing
you can just box it up and ship apart just give it a good look over to make sure the welds arent apart or cracked if you could and if it isnt too rusty surface rust is fine if you could email a pic i would really appreciate that if you have the means thanks
