Hi,
I have a chance to buy a 1.25 ripsaw. Will this fit my completely stock 1997 Mach Z without hitting? Thanks

Should be fine as long as you dont stud it.

OK thats what i wanted to hear it is studded with 144 studs. I am not sure of the length yet. Would it hurt if i took thee studs out? They are worn but the track is like new.

No, it will not hurt to remove the studs. You will just have 144 additional little holes in your track :D

I have "read" someplace that you can get away running that kind of setup if you change to smaller drivers and re-locate the top axel(track support axel) but I'm not real sure what the correct parts are that are needed. Go over to (www.dootalk.com) you might find more ionfo there...
