I know...Another yahoo asking about reverse. However, I have been told that the part is $600.00. I can't seem to find a place that sells the part. My thinking is the cost of the part in relationship to the year and what the sled is worth tells me I should keep shuffling it around brute force and stupidity. Looking for any feedback good, bad, or indifferent. Oh, I ride in Maine...

This should be exactly what you need to add reverse to your machine.

I added a reverse kit to my 2000 a few year back and I don't regret it. I happened to find one at a swap meet for half the price of new.

Thanks guys...Any of you have electric start in your machines. Is that something that can be added. I am getting old and weak and want the easy way out.

No electric start on mine, but you can add it to yours. I'm a young fella (25) yet so I don't need it. :p
