Well here is the scoop...I need a 136" track. Now, the dealer her has some 136x1.25x16 take offs for about half price of new. I was thinking of going with a 136x1.5x15...any input as to which way I should go?
This sled is riding mostly cross country with some trails. Does the 16" wide offer that much more flotation? I'm willing to sacrifice 0.25" of lug for a little extra flotation. Let me hear your ideas guys.

Mine (16"x1.25"x136") floats pretty good, but I've only had it in about 3 ft of powder. I've heard of other people with the same decision saying that the floatation is better to have than the extra 1/4" of lug height. I'd probably go with the 16" track myself. Good Luck in your decision!

Another vote for the 16" track. I have the 136"x1.25"x16" as well and the only thing I didnt like is its very tight in the tunnel. I have not had any problems yet. I hope camoplast would hurry up and come out with a 136x1.5x16. That is the track I want.
