I just purchased an 04 Rev Adrenaline after owning Cats for years so I don't know much about Ski Doo's. One of the ski legs is bent and I'm trying to remove it for replacment. I have removed the 3 nuts and the snap ring but the leg won't budge. I've tapped downward with a hammer and block of wood with no luck. I don't want to break anything. What's the secret to removing this thing???

Boy are you in Luck!! I just did this exact same project this last weekend!!!.
It was actually Very Simple.
You need to take the pins out of the two nuts that are on the bottom of both the top and bottom A arms. Then take off the nuts (with I believe a 19 MM wrench). Then remove the nut off of the tie rod (steering Arm). The tie rod arm should come right out with out a hitch and then the A arms are both a tapered connection that press together from tightening the nuts. The way I got it off was, the top one I put a deep well socket between the bottom A arm connection and top one with the nut still on the upper A arm to protect the threads, but Loose, and put a small/medium pry bar between the nut and the socket, put pressure on It I have a second person give one or two solid wacks with a hammer on the front of spindle (ski leg) were it is pressed together. This shock from the hammer will get it to break loose. The Bottom A arm I propped up with a block of wood just inside of the ski on the lower A arm to get the ski off of the floor. Then I stood on the Ski to put downward pressure on the Joint and gave it the same WACK with a hammer and it will break loose. You don't even need to take off the snap ring on top.
Total Job only took about 15-30 minutes.
Good Luck!!!
