I was just wondering if a 42/36 helix will fit my sled, Its a 1994 indy classic with the 488 fuji L/C engine. I need a new one mine is gettin a little beatin up after 5000 miles. I have looked at the polaris website but it only says 36.

Thanks for looking,
Ben

Hey, that 42-36 helix should work fine. Thats what I had, I also had a yellow EPI secondary spring. With 10MB 49.5 gram weights in primary, but I forget the primary spring color. When I am at home next weekend I could check what the primary was. But I also geared down 19-37 1.95 gear ratio. I was told 20-39 would be better because the gears are bigger, but I think you need a new chain then. I went the cheap way. Worked Awesome!!. Good Luck
