BOUGHT MY WIFE A 2000 V MAX IN SEPT. I HAVE NOT SPENT ANY TIME YET CHECKING IT OVER, BUT WHEN STARTING COLD ITS TUFF TO START 8 TO 12 PULLS ONCE STARTED START 1ST PULL. GOT A LITTLE SNOW HERE THURS. SO WENT FOR RUN WITH IT, WORKS GREAT, ANY THOUGHTS WANT I SHOULD CHECK.. THANKS MARK

When you say cold, do you mean starting it up when its been sitting outside overnight?

If so, the night before, after your ride is over, hold the choke wide open to kill the engine, it should only take a few seconds, this will make it easier to start the next day. Just dont do it in the middle of your ride, like I tried, it is very hard to start afterwards.
