siphoning out of the tank??? you mean your crankcase is full when you come back??? one thing you could do to stop it would be install a fuel cut off switch and just shut the fuel off each time and see what happens,,, I have never heard of a motor pulling fuel after you've shut it off though.
when you shut it off, your needle should be down far enough that you dont get fuel there, your choke should be off so no fuel there,,,,, pressure in the gas tank could force fuel through the fuel line, but it would have to pass the fuel pump and the only way it would do that is if it was broke,,, but if it runs good otherwise, then you would assume it is fine. so that should act like a fuel shut off in itself,,,,

are you putting enough gas in that it builds up and coats the plugs after you have shut it off??? Something like a sticky choke that is adding fuel to it and you are actually running rich while you are running,,,, but you evidently have enough spark to burn it off while running,,,, then when shutting it off, and letting the fuel remaining in the engine coat the plugs, its fouled???

any of that make sense???

my crank case is full when i get back, i have no choke on my sled, only a primer and i pulled the line for the primer, after i shut it off after i had it running and try starting it like 10 min later, its flooded so i pull the plugs, dry them off, pull off the fuel line and i pull it over tell all the gas is out, it takes about 5 mins to get all the gas out, then put back in the plugs hook up the fuel line and it starts, and runs awsome, its not running rich either

fuel has to be storing up in there while you have it running,,, I am also lost on how your plugs are really wet,,, if the gas is getting into the bottom of the crankcase, it shouldnt be RAISING to get on your plugs,,,

i finally got a chance to look at it again, and it not storing up gas when its running its only when i shut it off.

pinch off your fuel pump's pulse line next time to see if the diaphram is pierced.

You've either got a bad fuel pump diaphragm, a puntured float or a bad needle and seat in your carbs. If the pump diaphragm is bad, fuel will leak through the impulse line into the crankcase. If the needle and seat is bad it will not seal off the flow of fuel and can allow fuel to siphon through the carb and into the motor. Same for the float being punctured. Dirt could also be preventing the needle and seat from sealing.

Once the fuel is in the cases, it then splashes up through the transfer ports and soaks your plug.

Rebuild your fuel pump.
