i still have to install the chaincase cover, fill it with oil, install the skidframe and last the exhaust then go for a rip. check for leaks and weird noises :sarcasm: it is my sons sled and he always brags to his buddies that Ski-Doo is best but while he is sleeping off his late night adventures there is a pit crew getting the sled back in shape. :lmao: that's why he is always waiting to ride at his friends houses while they repair their sleds.

You are the man , wish my dad was like you, if i broke it i'd fix it or the sled just sits there of course now i'm alot better at fixing then him.

the boy helped out some today with installing the axle and skidframe. i am a little selfish working on sleds this time of the year because i like it so much. in the summer i try to pull out the sleds to work on them and can't get into it because there is always something else that is more priority. summer work sucks, cutting grass :bash: swimming pool  those 2 are never ending.

I work on my sled in the summer time, and work on the motorcycle in the winter time.....Drive my bike in the walk in basement for the winter. Nice to be in YOUR HOUSE working on your motorcycle when it is 0 outside.

Good for you Paul
Some of the best learning experiences I have had with the son was wrenching on sleds. Patience is of the essence, and never count your chickens before they hatch, as they say :christmas:
