I always thought DPM can only lean the mixture in warmer temperature. So they jet the system to -20F with the main jet, and then with warmer temps and air density, it can start leaning it out for smoother engine operation. :!:
So if a sled has a 380 main jet with DPM, I am assuming the engine can never get anymore fuel than what a 380 main will supply. Does this make sense?

as long as your not talking about one of the gt's that does richen the mixture at warm-up(choking it), one coming to mind the 97 gt 700.

You are correct but from what I have read on DPM the jetting starts at +4F and leans to +45F.
Pretty stupid I think,-20 would make GOOD sence.

Last year I checked my plugs at well below -4deg F. The plugs were very dark, I will check it again this year seens that I did a ring job on it
(I got my power back, it too Mikadoo quit a distance to catch my 03 600ho renagade).
