The steerring on my sled is sort of tight. I used to be very easy to spin, especially with the skis off the ground. After sittiing for the summer there is some resistance while turngin it. I greased the spindles, no different. WHat is the casue of this usuallY? Thanks

Throw some marvel oil on ALL your tie rod connections, and put some on your bushings to your steering post up top, should clear it up.....

could be a bad steering post bearing, or it could be in need of some grease. grease the steering post bearings and go from there. the bottom one is usually a bit tricky, but can be done with a straw on a wd-40 can. there are also some bushings that need to be sprayed with oil on the drag link. these are items that wear out, and the bolts sometimes need to be taken out, and new bushings put in.
If you can't find the problem disconnect the drag link, and move everything while it's disconnected. whatever feels tight is where your problem is.

What is the drag link? JUst looking at it from the top I see the shaft goes to a plate, which roatates and has two boltsd on it. Is this the drag link? Thanks

sounds like a complete steering going over is needed.

the drag link is in the front, and both of your tie rods connect into it.the tie rods go out to the spindles from there. can't miss it, its an aluminum bar that moves left to right when you steer. grease her all up before you take it apart though, and go from there
