Cal Jet usually has a good stock of parts. Have you tried Royal Distributing on-line? If they have them you'll usually get it the next day.

In a pinch I've repaired splits with superglue, works very well just clean the rubber with acetone 1st. If the spacers are making it so difficult to remove the box that your tearing your boots, lose them, they're most likely not gaining you anything anyway.

Boysen comes with a intake boot that is aluminum.
I just bought a new boot at the Stealer ship and it cost me 156.00 for one. It came with new valves and all.
I wish I would of known about the intake boots coming with the after market valves, VForce or Boysen, I would of got them instead.
hind sight is 20/20.

yours are different from mine. i have the aluminum intake but there is a seperate rubber boot between the intake and carb and thats what cracked on mine.
i also installed spacers at the same time and i had a hell of a time getting the airbox back on and i thats what cracked the boots.

i emailed boysen and there going to send me 2 new boots.

oh i just looked at your pic that is the stock set.
