I have my dad's old 1971 399 Ski-Doo Olympique that I am wanting to restore this summer. It was started a few years ago and ran fine. Where is a good place to get parts (new headlight, windshield..etc.) This past fall I worked on removing rust from the skis and getting them repainted. Any help or links to websites would be great. Thanks!

Try Kimpex.com, they have stuff for older sleds, I just ordered windshields for my pair of '69 Noprdic's

The old sleds are the best.

Enjoy

There are lots of parts still available for those sleds some are hard to find but ask the right people and you'll find most of them. Try here this site is vintage SKI-DOO only http://www.teshio.com/oldski-doosleds/ and there are alot of good people there.

I found some stuff for a 69 OLYMPIQUE I used to own at AL'S SNOWMOBILE WAREHOUSE.

When I restored my '72 Olympique, I bought a lot of stuff at Dennis Kirk.

Be sure to post the progress!
