hey there fellow sledders... i'm wondering if a 1995-1996 cowel from an indy 500, will fit my 1989 indy 500? reason being is my dad rolled my sled and broke the s*** outa the cowel, but, my friends, friend has a cowel form a 1995-1996 indy 500, that i wanna know if it fits, its only $50 one for mine new is like 300!!

I dont think that it will fit. I think that the 95 Indy 500 was an evolved chassie and has a completely different hood. Take a look at it if you can but i am pretty sure that they are different. You will know right a way by looking at them. The 95 is wrapped around were as an 89 would be more square.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though!!
