I was going through my CD manual and looking up spring rates and helix angles and such

I then went through my Royal Dist catologue and looked at EPI clutch kits and springs

Would EPI Orange primary spring be a good spring for my 01 ZR 600 VEV

AS for now I will be changing my current RED spring with either a Yellow/green or the EPI orange as they seem close in LOAD

EPI Orange 125/260

AC Yellow/green 114/264

Lets say I drop my gearing from 20:39 to 18:39 will this affect my RPMs?

And does the fact I weigh 250LBS have an affect on clutching also?

Clutching is new to me and seems very interesting and $$$ consuming, but so is sledding

Also in the clearance section they have Hammertime clutch kits for Cats and Poos

How are they?

That epi spring is gonna raise your engagement a little but your top rpm is also gonna go up a little,i think.hopefully someone will correct me if i'm wrong.
i would suggest just buying a complete clutch kit from epi or another well known clutching shop.
After having awesome results with an epi kit in my xlt i finally bought one for my ZRT last week ,and the difference was shocking,it pulls very hard all the way through the powerband and is a lot quicker,i'll never go back to stock.
