Are sleds drag racing at the Fair Haven launch? How good is the ice? Are trucks and trailers parking on ice? Just wanted to get an idea before I show up Sunday...Thanks

Not sure about lake saint claire, but I haven't even seen any shanties out on any of the smaller lakes. I saw a some ice fishermen walking out, but that was a couple of weeks ago before the thaw...

I would say not good at all, if there's even any ice left. I took a drive over there two weeks ago and didn't see a single sled. There were a half dozen shantys, but no one parked on the bay and that was before the big thaw from hell.
