I have a 2000 indy triumph that bogs down when I first hit the throttle, but the sled begins to move after a while. Carbs are clean, spark plugs are new and belt is new.

I have a Triumph also. I had the same problem when it was 25F on up outside. I ended up jetting down on the mains. They came from the factory with 360 main jets. I jetted down to 340's and dropped my needle one slot. It seemed to fix it. Look to see what size jets are in it. Do not take the carbs off individually. Un hook fuel, and oil lines, and the oil pump linkage. Then flip them up, and remove the drain plug on the bottom of the bowls. The jets are right there. I believe it's a 6mm socket. If you need a jetting chart, I have one that I can send you. You may need to jet different from me do to elevation difference
