yes, it will fit.

I've run as large as a 2in paddle on the same chassis using the stock drivers.

Before buying your new track get your sled up on a stand and check it out!! Check for clearances with your original messure and see how much room you have and messure your lug height, be careful to check at the sprockets and under the cooling unit! Then compaire to the new lug height, give yourself a little room for track movement and if there is enough room bingo you'll be ready for the deep stuff!! I am assuming that you will not try and put studs on(pointless at that size of paddle) use a stock tunnel protector1(plastic piece running down the cooling fins) it's thinner and will give you more room! Track will fit on standard sprockets and setup just watch out for the clearance issues. Got 11/4 ripsaw on mine lot's of room great hook up!!

Son put a inch and a quarter on a 99 MXZ, but seems to me he had to leave off some upper idlers??? Ring a bell?

zx racers used the 1.5 no problems.on the 99 should have put smaller wheels in place of the larger factory ones. but any of the s chassis sleds that were studded should have had that done as well.

put a 2" on basically same sled, same chassis, no problems, no modifications, 2000 miles since the change with no issues except MUCH better hook up.
