I am looking for a new snowmobile and I think I found a 1996 zr580. *All I know is that it is a liquid cooled and has a broken hood (but I can find another one). *I don't know how many miles or anything because I just heard about it like 10 minutes ago. *http://www.snowmobileworld-s2.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I was just wondering if there are any freqent problems with these sleds or what I can do to make it better?? *How do they ride??

I have a 95 ZR580, Had a lot of trouble last year, and to make a long story short, the sled just would not move, replace clutch and the top half of the motor, ended up being the PTO side crank seal. As for handling I think it is pretty good, I have riden alot of different sleds some new and others the same year, As for a hood, go to "www.alssnowmoblie.com" I wanted a green hood for mine and they have the best prices new and used.
