My sled is a 2004 carberated 600ho renegade with a 136/1.75 track. I have the 417 ramps, threaded pins, white/green primary spring, and I am running 19/44 gearing. I also have the threaded inserts for the pins and I don't know if I should install them. I was also wondering if I should install a different spring in the seconday. All the parts are from a ski-doo dealer in MN.

went to the mountains with my 05 mxz 800 ho, sled calibrated for the flats. still had one hell of a time. but, sled would not run unless i held her open at 1/4 throttle. seems too be right though ,considering the conditions. i 'll go again,bet your last bottom dollar. this time with a mountain sled instead of a lake runner.

give her and see what she'll doo,this will tell what direction to go

im curious how u made out with your clutching adjustments i have the same sled with a 2 inch paddle and it sure doesnt get very good top end.
