I shut it down at 4000 rpm, am I too rich, lean, or just right......seems too be running good, but not sure....also can you tell by this if I am burning oil?

Well there a nice tan on the electrode so that means it perfect.

What do they look like at 1/2, 3/4 and full throttle?

What problems are you having if any?
