Glenn 02-01-2006, 06:46 AM Hi Need some advice on remouving a primary clutch bolt.I have a 2000 600XC and was not able to remouve the clutch bolt with a breaker bar or an impact. Cross threaded?this is the primary I take it? why the removal?the impact should have taken it out no problem only around 65lbs torque on there. Glenn 02-01-2006, 07:51 AM Yes it is the primary.Bought the sled this year and wanted to rebuild the clutches.Sled has 6000 miles on it.Don't know if it was ever taken apart before or install with some Locktite. Had the cover off ( 6 bolts) bushing are done and the one roller seems stuck. rezonator 02-01-2006, 10:55 AM apply some heat to the head of the bolt this ussualy works for me | ||
