HI
We have a 1978 Yamaha Enticer and just had it tuned up - it had not run for about 9 years- and now that we have it home it starts up really nicely but it won't move :( ! If my husband lifts the rear end, the track will turn but when you set it down it will not go anywhere. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how would we fix it? My brother thought maybe the clutch needs tightening but we don't know how to do that. Can anyone help?
Thanks!!! :D

Welcome to the site!!!

Chances are your clutches require servicing, being that the sled sat so long. Don't overlook the belt condition, do you have a spare that you could try?? If not might be wise to purchase a new one, should always carry a spare anyways.
Were all the rear bearing's checked, along with track tension? If you lift the rear of the sled with the engine OFF you should be able to rotate the track by hand, stiff perhaps but not stuck. If not something is siezed.

Good Luck.
