Can any one help me. I had heard that you could still get new set of engine cases from polaris under waranty because of there oiling problem. This guy followed me 10 miles on the trail just tell me this info. He said he saw it on the internet somewhere. I have been looking everywhere on the internet no luck . Its not that I need them at this time but I do plain to rebuild before next season and if Its free Its for me. thanx much * * * * * * * * * SNOWMOBSTER

I wish they would. *My case (cylinder set) has an out of round condition in one cylinder that appears to be from the factory. *If you find anything out, please let me know. http://www.snowmobileworld.com/forums/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

Best bet would to be to talk to the service department at the dealership. If there was an update sent out to the dealerships and your sled wasn't fixed you might still be able to get it done but with the year of your sled I am willing to bet that they probably wouldn't fix it. It was possibly something that Polaris told dealers to look for but didn't publish an official update. Try the Polaris website. There used to be a section to check for updates and recalls. Your dealer can go to their dealer support website with Polaris and check your sleds VIN number to see if it has any recalls or updates that haven't been complied with. Good Luck!!
