Has anybody have anymore information on the Land permission revoked issue.
Is it because someone has ventured out beyond the markers or has anybody went on the trails due to lack of snow, this can't be the issue in Keswick of Sutton area. :bash: :blahblah:

I was wondering the same thing myself.

I know Holland Landing has had an everlasting problem with ATVs riding on the snowmobile trails. That might have had something to do with it.

Also, could be from damage to the fields due to lack of snow. I've seen tracks on the HL trails this year when there's been a few inches of snow.

I Just received a email from the Holland Landing Snowmobile Club: And I Quote:

The trails are closed because some of our landowners have revoked their permission to use their properties for any recreational activity.

The farmers across Ontario are trying to bring to the public light their efforts to have the government deal with the farmers economic problems. There has been progress made on this issue so this is the method that the farmers selected to make their cause known.

We, the clubs of the OFSC , fully support the farmers on this issue even though we, as well as many other recreation groups, have been negatively affected. Un quote.

I hope this doesn't close other trails in Ontario.

I had suspected that after reading about the farmer's doing the same in southwestern Ontario.
