I am glad I have been helping others lately with some vb upgrades (2 in the last week). I got a call from the makers of zoom clutches and was told they want to send me one to try w00t . I was the first one to ask about them on the TDR site, cool. I call Mark from TST and tell him, he is interested to see it in action.while getting a fuel pump from him, he also threw in the dyno time to see the clutch in action. so we will see how the new zoom zvt clutch works on a horse. manual car and truck owners stay tuned.

Hey Dooman, a BIG thanxs for the VB SWRules . I am so glad that i got to put a VB in along with the rest of the rebuild parts. IT would of been a shame not to put a VB in as that is what controls the tranny. I can pull out to pass in the dodge at 80kmh, hit the hammer and it will actually break traction  .
Gotta like Karma, especially when it comes back to kiss you. I have always said , what comes around goes around.
For all of you wondering what the Zoom is, here is a link>>>

Great news Dooman!!! Keep me updated on the results, some pics or vid would be killer.
On a side note anyone watch pinks on wednesday? They had the bully dog cummins powered ram against a 800hp chevy gasser, 3/4 ton vrs S chassis . To make a long story short, bully dog took the gaser home with them even though they had issues including a blown rad.

so far I love the clutch in the truck. low pedal pressure. for a clutch that grabs like this one you expect a hard pedal its not there. however there are some trades for a clutch that will hold torque. a lil noise at idle. the torsional damper in the disk transfers all the noise, unlike the stock unit that does not. it does chatter a lil' if you have a big load and try and slip it. it wants to be on or off, no slipping. backing the camper it chatters to much. dropping the truck into low range in the tranfercase worked great. but the most important part of the unit is the best, it hooks. does not slip in 5th-6th with a load and power up around 500hp and 1000 lbs. anyone wanting an upgrade clutch for their truck should check out these units. sorry perm no pics or vid, I could not wait sorry.
