BESIDES the suspension, any idea how much power difference there will be between the two sleds?

Looking at a 01 zr800 carbed for 2800 with 4500miles....good price?

as far as price .it`s not great but not terrible depends on the condition its in . as far as performance its also a tough call without knowing any other details .there are so many other variables other than just size that contribute to track horsepower figures to say what would be faster. I would think that if you are on the fence that the updated suspension would be enough to make you take the newer sled no matter what it is
