Keiths right, the same thing happens when you sit on it when the tank is half full.

Yup, I concurr....it the gas tank vent line. There's a check valve on the vent line which bleeds off pressure once it reaches a certain psi. Some people just remove the check valve, while others order the gas cap from a DS650 (BRP sport quad) which fits, and is vented. I, personally, have left mine alone. The next time it does that, loosen the gas cap while it's making that noise and you'll here the air excape as you unscrew the cap. :thumbsup:
