I have purchased a 780 Mach Z triple engine to put in a drag racing quad chassis.....I need some iformation about these engine....

1.....What other engine (sizes) components are interchangeable......

2.....What is the longevity of these engines?

3.....What kind of H.P. ratings are there on stock engine.

4.....What years did they make this engine......

5.....Is the "Crank Shop" the experts on this engine? (Rotax's in general)...

6.....Where can I get the best deal on parts for this engine....Needing a recoil starter for it...New is ok also.....

7.....Where is the best place to buy another 670 used engine?.....

4.....What years did they make this engine......1994-1996

5.....Is the "Crank Shop" the experts on this engine? (Rotax's in general)...Crank shop is good, DNE is good, Cudney is good...

6.....Where can I get the best deal on parts for this engine....Needing a recoil starter for it...New is ok also.....Try Ronnies.com

4.....What years did they make this engine......93-96

a couple corrections from Rockets info are in BLUE :thumbsup:


one more thing the pistons from the 494LC might be interchangeable,have to look it up
