wow ive been dreaming of good snow of ever, we have just enough to leave the backyard, about how cold is it going to be do you guys think i have to rejet this new sled cause it only jeted to 10 degrees and runs a little hot and lean there.

Guys, it really isnt looking promising for me,,, We thought we had my sled running right last night. I went out and put 2 mile on it and I really felt she was back,,, tonight we went out and put on about 20 just playing and the first 18ish, she ran like a raped ape again,,,, then my symptoms came back,,,, I have been posting everywhere with my issues to try to see if anyone out there has ever seen this and I am not really getting anywhere. She takes off and pulls hard till about 7 grand then drops back down to 6 grand and acts like its trying, but really isnt getting back up to the 7800 that I am after.
I have put in a new fuel puck, pulled the fuel pump and pucks and cleaned them, put on new plug wire, new plugs, readjusted the power valves (twice) compression check, cleaned the injectors, all new fuel,,,, you name it, I have been through it this week and I am just pounding my head on the wall here,,,,
So it doesnt look good for me,,,, I apologize if I have put anyone in a bad place (even you Dave) as I know you have went out of your way to get this trip organized,,,, I do thank you for the time you put in it and really wish I could have made it,,,
You guys have a blast,,, stay outta trouble,,, and keep the shiney side up!!!

i had a crappy problem today. took a little ride after moving my fta on the suspension down 7/8 inch, AKracing tips rock got to love those guys. well before i didnt have enough traction now i have more then i know what do do with, this mod also took all the sag out of the rear suspension. i had the skis off the ground all the way from 0 to 85 and had more throttle to go. going to adjust the tranfer blocks tomorrow and the spring preload. well the bad news, i broke a ski shocks fitting and lost all the oil. i found a guy and am going to take the shock to him at 8 AM tomorrow to get here rebuild, i have the new fittings, thank God i happened today and not friday. last minute stuff always happens

We've had 2 gades and a short track in the trailer, and if I remember correctly there was enough room for 3 long tracks. :thumbsup:

EDIT: talked to the crew 245 miles total yesterday. Deep powder in some areas.

What happened,,,, not trying to shake anyones chain, but I thought you guys were gonna hit 342+ miles??? Again, I am not trying to tick anyone off,,,, just wondering if there was some problems?? I do hope you all had a blast, and would have loved to run that trip,,,
I did end up getting the sled close,,,, its a power valve problem,,, not sure why it is letting them loose, but I tighten them at 35 mm and then 20 mile down the road I have one reading 32 mm???? Will probably have to get another cable and valve and go from there,,,,

Freddy blew up a front shock near Marquette....we spent 4 hours in a Yamaha dealership having the shock rebuilt. Very nice of them to work on a Polaris!!!!! Cut us short on our miles but we had a great time anyway!!!

It was a great trip !!! I had a ball Boondocking w00t Thanks for the fried turkey Scott it was incredible :thumbsup: Got to meet some new friends and see a young lady (Katie) keep up with all of us :ohmy: and she was on a 10 year old sled :whistling: What a weekend !!! Boy I also learned how to quiet up Snofrog :wink: Learned not to ride behind time :crazy: unless you want to find out how much his sled weighs :sarcasm: It's funny how much heavier it is after the 8th time of lifting it out of 3 feet of snow :lmao:

thanks mike, i did get stuck alot but thats half the fun. it was a great trip and mikes right that turkey was great scott. thanks jason thats a great pick but i should have hit it faster but i didt want to hit it wrong and cliff the tree on the way down

i was talking about jason rode my sled, but yes with the 136 and 1.75 padels, jason does not get stuck very often. im going 136 by 2 next year for up and moutain riding

I got stuck one time on a 900 Fusion :whistling: And I think Fastblackcat800 called it a tank.... stock everything just need to work the throttle a little easier :wink: Can't always be hammering on it :ohmy: Or you will get stuck !!! !!! !!! Ask Katie.... I think her an Mark only got stuck one time each too :unsure:
