I was going to say, "isn't it a bit early to even remotely take a chance on hauling your sleds up to the UP in case of a surprise snow storm", but you ruined it.

Understand the financial impact of the hunting season, especially living in a small tourist driven commmunity. That said, love seeing wildlife where they belong, not hanging from my neighbours tree as a trophy. :(
Yeah, I don't hunt. Unfortunately I realize that the deer especially will eat themselves out of house and home if they are not culled

I'm counting down the days now to. This year I get to go to colorado to hunt elk. We're taking the horses and camping in the backcountry. I can't wait. I love whitetail bow hunting the most. Oct 1!!

No vacation left for hunting. Plus I have 2 sleds that are still in need of TLC.
Just started working up a new hunting load for this fall we'll have to see how it works. I can't wait to hunt but I hate the weather change my allergies are killing me....G
