Some forums i frequent have a Sign up that outlines a specific day and time that they hold chat meetings. I dont know if this has already been brought up but you could almost have one for each subtopic or etc..

For instance

Monday- General Forum Chat 8pm
Tuesday- Arctic Cat Forum Chat 8pm
Wednesday- Polaris Forum Chat 8pm
Thursday- Yamaha Forum Chat 8pm
Friday- Ski-Doo Forum chat 8pm
ETC

Just an idea Thanks guys

I'd be more inclined for a general gathering time with an open forum. Something mid week as I'm off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and would be more likely to drop in for a visit.

Weeknights between 9-11pm est are better for me.No fridays
though once the snow comes ;)
