just picked up ''03 mxz rev 600 ho, the sled is bone stock with the exception of the previous owner running klots synthetic oil, and a studded track. What am i looking at for top speed in ideal condiotions? 150km? my 583 summit long 2inch padal track did 135km bone stock last winter

Yeah, depending on the track and number of studs should be in the 150-160kph range.
My wife has that same sled. I had it cranked up to 108mph speedo speed,to find out it was 99 on radar.

In really good conditions with 2000 miles on my belt I pulled 103mph on 3 back to back to back runs. This was on GPS. Geared down 1 tooth on the top I pulled 104 mph and once clutched to my liking I pulled 101-102 but gained a whole bunch getting there. This was again on a day with great conditions on a creek near here. Solid 10-12 in of ice with a skim of snow.
For the record on the same day the following speeds were observed
04 REV 800H.O. pulled 109mph
05 F7 Sno Pro 105mph
04 F6 standard 107mph
04 F7 Standard 117mph
*Edit* forgot to mention a F7 with an F8 kit in it was pulling conssitant 125's all day.

Right around 100 is reasonable with a fresh stock 600HO. I've had my wifes up to 108 on the speedo. Didn't have a GPS that day.

Ditto. Saw 110 on my speedo but they are off a little and I played with the clutching. :D
